Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to fast before blood tests?
Fasting (8–12 hours) is required for tests like lipid profile, fasting blood sugar, and some liver and kidney tests. You can drink plain water but avoid tea, coffee, juice, or any food. If you are unsure whether your test needs fasting, WhatsApp us your prescription and our team will guide you.
How long do reports take?
Most routine tests such as CBC, thyroid profile, fasting sugar, kidney and liver profiles are ready quickly and reliably. Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and hormone panels usually take a bit longer. Culture and sensitivity tests may take 3–5 days depending on growth. For urgent cases, we can provide reports in 2 hours. Please inform us in advance so we can prioritize processing wherever possible.
How do I receive my reports?
You will receive your reports via WhatsApp and email in a secure PDF format. Hard copies can be collected from the lab reception or sent with your next home visit on request at no extra charge. We can also share reports directly with your doctor if you provide their contact details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and net banking. Payment is usually collected at the time of sample collection. For senior citizens, we also allow payment after report delivery in select cases.
Can I request a female phlebotomist?
Yes, female phlebotomists are available for home collection. Many women and senior citizens prefer this for comfort and privacy. Please mention this preference while booking so we can schedule accordingly.
Is home collection available on Sundays and holidays?
